David Walliams Daily story at 11am:

What about PE?

Never fear, Joe Wicks is here!

Joe Wicks will be streaming a live 30 minute PE session, suitable for KS1 upwards, every weekday morning at 9am.  The first session is on Monday 23rd March.  Minimal equipment and space is needed.  This is a great way to keep your children active at a time when it may be difficult to do so.  It looks like fun too! Here is the link to his Youtube channel:

Premier Sports Stay Active

This link will allow you to sign in to the Premier Sports Stay Active site.  This has been set up for parents and has lots of resources that you can use with your children to promote physical activity, health and wellbeing and life skills.  Well worth a look!
