Welcome to Nursery!
Welcome to Nursery. We are looking forward to a year full of fun activities and lots of play! We are particularly keen to learn outside, where we have the space and freedom to learn at our best. Please make sure your child has a pair of wellies that can stay at school. We will be outside in all weathers taking risks and getting messy!
Current topic is 'Once Upon a Time'. (Summer 2)
Please contact me if you wish to discuss anything.

Nursery had a great time engaging and learning in our previous topic, 'Animal Safari'. The children had so many experiences to meet a variety of animals and learn all about them.
We now look forward to our final topic of the school year 'Once Upon a Time'.
This topic supports children to continue develop a love of stories and reading. It encourages children to learn, retell and act out familiar and traditional tales including Goldilocks, The Three Billy Goats Gruff, The Three Little Pigs and Jack and the Beanstalk.
Thursday 29th June we will celebrate the topic and everything we have learnt with a Fairy Tale Ball!
Look what we have been doing!
Every Friday a 'Star Learner' is awarded to one child in Nursery. Bobby Bear goes home with that child for the weekend. The children love this.
Bobby has his own suitcase on wheels, his favourite books, toothbrush and his own teddy bear.
Bobby is looking forward to going home with all the children.
